Jeffrey's Gifts/UVA Health Foundation. Jeffrey's Gifts provides
gifts of comfort, care and joy to pediatric cancer patients and their
families. Jeffrey's Gifts has provided many gifts including DVD
players, video cameras, digital cameras, laptop computers, various
gaming systems, and helped with a "wish" for a terminally ill young
woman who was too old for the traditional wish foundations.
Between September 2004 and February 2007, Jeffrey's Gifts has
delivered over 75 gift bags for children diagnosed with cancer at
the University of Virginia Children's Hospital.

Children Youth & Family Services (CYFS). CYFS promotes the
healthy development of children in central Virginia. CYFS has
been serving Central Virginia’s children for 85 years. During the
past year, its programs reached nearly 2,000 children in low-
income or at-risk families, working to meet their immediate needs
and helping those around them to create healthy environments at
home, in child care and school, and in the community. All of CYFS’
programs are about reaching children wherever they are - at
home, in child care, in school, or on the streets - and increasing
their chance for a successful future. For more information about
